Our Managing Consultant, Alistair Crawford spent 13 years as an officer and helicopter pilot in the Royal Navy.
In 2018 he founded a charity called Mental Health Innovations and launched the Shout 24/7 mental health support service throughout the UK.
He has worked in health and mental health charities and businesses across a range of contexts and countries.
Alistair holds an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School and in 2024 was selected as a Poets & Quants Best and Brightest
